Ulaş Candan

Ulaş Candan is an Associate in the Lexist Financial Services, Corporate/M&A and Competition & Anti-Trust teams, providing legal consultancy services to both domestic and foreign clients.

At Lexist, Ulaş has worked extensively on IPOs for clients from various sectors such as energy and has been involved in digital banking establishments and multiple share transfer processes. He has also acted in complex regulatory compliance matters before regulatory authorities such as the BRSA, Central Bank, Capital Markets Board, and EMRA. Ulaş additionally advises his clients on competition and anti-trust matters, particularly during the regulatory investigation proceedings before the Turkish Competition Authority.

Ulaş specifically drafts and negotiates various types of contracts, including share purchase agreements, shareholder agreements and service agreements.
