Mustafa Doğan İnal co-founded Lexist in 2016 alongside Dr. Eyüp Kul, bringing together a shared vision of establishing a modern, full-service Turkish law firm built on uncompromising quality, efficiency, and traditional values.

Dr. Eyüp Kul co-founded Lexist in 2016 following a successful career as in house counsel for companies active in various sectors. He focuses on dispute resolution and corporate/M&A matters in the energy, real estate, infrastructure, transportation & logistics sectors, in particular.

Murat Erbilen is a senior partner and focuses on arbitration, banking & finance, capital markets, corporate/M&A, and project finance.

Elif Yaşaroğlu is a Managing Senior Associate in the Litigation team focusing on Intellectual Property and Data Protection & Privacy. Her clients are from a variety of sectors and include private, public and non-governmental enterprises.

Ayşe Ergül Arslanoğlu is a Managing Senior Associate in the Employment Law Department of Lexist. She is experienced in employment law consultancy, mediation and litigation, representing clients in both judicial and administrative proceedings.

Aydan Fırtına is a Senior Associate in the Corporate/M&A and Banking & Finance teams, bringing extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, project finance, corporate law, and both commercial and investment arbitration.

Süreyya Korkmaz is a Senior Associate in the Litigation Department, bringing particular experience in dispute resolution and environmental law.

Hilal Aydın is a Senior Associate in the Litigation team, specializing in commercial disputes. She has experience managing litigation processes and resolving complex disputes through both court proceedings and pre-litigation strategies.

Esad Çatak is a Senior Associate in Lexist’s Arbitration team, specializing in construction and investment disputes.

Yeşim Odabaş is a Senior Associate in the Corporate/M&A team of Lexist, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, commercial contracts, and legal matters relating to the energy, infrastructure, construction, and other regulated sectors.

Deniz Yükselir is an Associate in theData Protection team. He graduated from Bordeaux Montesquieu University (Université de Bordeaux Montesquieu) Faculty of Law in 2020.

Betül Akkurt is an Associate in the Corporate/M&A team, providing legal consultancy services to both domestic and international clients in matters of corporate law, M&A, capital markets, arbitration and commercial law.

Ulaş Candan is an Associate in the Lexist Financial Services, Corporate/M&A and Competition & Anti-Trust teams, providing legal consultancy services to both domestic and foreign clients.

Kaan Akyüz is an Associate in the Litigation department. He advises infrastructure and retail clients on their Turkish commercial law issues, with a particular focus on the law of obligations, lease law, employment and labour law.

Enes Erol is an Associate in the Litigation department. He graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law in 2023 and is currently pursuing an LL.M. degree at Marmara University.

Gözde Nur Kaya is an Associate in the Data Protection & Privacy and Intellectual Property teams. She has worked at various law firms after completing her traineeship and came to Lexist in 2025.

Fethiye Nur Genç is an Associate in the Corporate/M&A department of Lexist providing legal consultancy services to domestic and foreign clients in the fields of Mergers & Acquisitions and Banking & Finance.

M. Yusuf Sert is an associate in Lexist’s Arbitration team, focusing on international and domestic arbitration and complex commercial disputes.

Miray Sonsuz is an Associate in the Corporate/M&A team, providing consultancy services to clients in matters of corporate/M&A, capital markets, and commercial law.

Merve Özdemir Hacıfazlıoğlu is an Associate in Lexist’s Employment team. She advises clients on a broad range of employment and labour law matters, including employment agreements, workplace policies, social security obligations, termination processes and employment-related disputes.

Onur Kahraman is a Trainee in the Litigation Department. He graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Law, in 2025.

Senanur Öztürk is a Trainee in the Litigation Department of Lexist. She graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2025 and is currently pursuing a second degree in Political Science and International Relations at Istanbul University.

Asude İpek Çelik is a Trainee in the Data Protection and Intellectual Property teams. She graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law in 2025.

H. Demir Ergün is a Trainee in the Arbitration and Corporate Departments. He graduated from Bilkent University Faculty of Law in 2025.

Sena Nur Uysal is a Trainee in the Litigation team focusing on Intellectual Property and Data Protection & Privacy.

Afra Nur Ulusoy is a Trainee in the Lexist Corporate/M&A team. Having completed her undergraduate studies at Istanbul University Faculty of Law, she obtained her LL.M. degree in International Commercial Law from the University of Sussex with distinction.

Burak Bülbüloğlu is a Trainee in the Employment & Litigation Departments. He completed the preparatory programme at Bay Atlantic University, Washington, D.C. in 2019 and earned his law degree from Bahçeşehir University Faculty of Law in 2025.

Sıla Dursun is a Trainee in the Corporate team. Sıla graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law. Throughout her studies, Sıla developed a strong interest in international law, corporate law, and mergers and acquisitions, focusing on enhancing her knowledge and skills in these areas.

Charlotte McCrudden is the Marketing & Business Development Director of Lexist.
