Afra Nur Ulusoy

Afra Nur Ulusoy is a Trainee in the Lexist Corporate/M&A team. Having completed her undergraduate studies at Istanbul University Faculty of Law, she obtained her LL.M. degree in International Commercial Law from the University of Sussex with distinction. In her master’s dissertation, she conducted a comparative legal analysis of the enforcement of ICSID and New York Convention awards, providing an in-depth evaluation of international arbitration law.

Throughout her academic and professional development, Afra Nur Ulusoy has specialised in corporate law, international arbitration, and investment law. Afra has conducted academic research and actively participated in international legal forums. She is committed to continuously enhancing her legal knowledge and professional skills to expand her experience further.
