Yeşim Odabaş

Yeşim Odabaş is a Senior Associate in the Corporate/M&A team of Lexist, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, commercial contracts, and legal matters relating to the energy, infrastructure, construction, and other regulated sectors.

In her corporate practice, Yeşim advises domestic and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint venture structures, corporate governance matters, and the legal aspects of their commercial operations. Her experience includes legal due diligence, the preparation and negotiation of transaction documents, share transfers, corporate structuring, and post-closing corporate implementation processes.

She works across a broad range of sectors, including energy, infrastructure, construction, telecommunications, technology, and maritime. Her practice includes advising on the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts, corporate and operational matters, and regulatory compliance. She has particular experience in energy and construction projects, advising on EPC and supply agreements, contractor relationships, and contractual matters arising throughout project lifecycles. In the telecommunications and technology sectors, she regularly advises on licensing, sector-specific regulatory matters, and operational compliance.

In addition to transaction-based work, Yeşim provides day-to-day corporate legal advice on corporate law, corporate governance, commercial contracts, compliance, and employment matters. She also advises foreign investors on their investments in Türkiye, including company incorporations, corporate structuring, and compliance with sector-specific regulatory requirements.
