Elif Yaşaroğlu is a Managing Senior Associate in the Litigation team focusing on Intellectual Property and Data Protection & Privacy. Her clients are from a variety of sectors and include private, public and non-governmental enterprises.

Elif’s intellectual property and data protection consultancy practices include sector-specific compliance services in accordance with both Turkish and international legislation, and litigation services to ensure her clients remain protected and compliant in Türkiye and abroad. She also gives preliminary consultancy regarding trademark applications to her clients.

Elif also provides judicial and administrative dispute resolution services concerning the banking and e-commerce sectors, public procurement law, internet law, corporate, commercial and real estate law.
