Kaan Akyüz

Kaan Akyüz is an Associate in the Litigation department. He advises infrastructure and retail clients on their Turkish commercial law issues, with a particular focus on the law of obligations, lease law, employment and labour law.

Kaan graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law in 2023.Following his graduation, he commenced his legal traineeship in a leading consumer products company and a financial institution. He then joined Lexist as a fully qualified attorney.

Both during his academic education and after graduation, Kaan conducted legal research in various fields of law and prepared legal articles on these subjectsfor the Turkish legal market. His primary areas of interest include contract law, lease law, and compensation law.
