Sıla Dursun

Sıla Dursun is a Trainee in the Corporate team. Sıla graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law.

Throughout her studies, Sıla developed a strong interest in international law, corporate law, and mergers and acquisitions, focusing on enhancing her knowledge and skills in these areas.

Representing Istanbul University in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, Sıla and her team became National Champions of Türkiye and represented the country in the international rounds held in the United States, where they received prestigious awards such as the Richard R. Baxter Award (3rd Best Respondent Memorial in the World) and the M. Cherif Bassiouni Award (8th Best Overall Memorial in the World).

During high school, Sıla earned a Championship Medal in the University of Waterloo English Mathematics Olympiad and actively participated in several Model United Nations (MUN) conferences.

Sıla is particularly interested in pursuing a career in corporate/M&A, international law, and arbitration.
