Associate
Miray Sonsuz is an Associate in the Corporate/M&A team, providing consultancy services to clients in matters of corporate/M&A, capital markets, and commercial law.
She advises clients on a wide range of corporate governance and transactional matters, including contract drafting and negotiation, preparation of general assembly and board of directors’ resolutions, and the execution of corporate procedures. Miray also supports clients in project-based legal work.
She graduated from Istanbul Medipol University in 2022 and completed internships at various law firms in Istanbul. Since the beginning of his professional career, she has gained experience in commercial and corporate law, focusing on developing legal strategies and offering effective and tailored solutions to meet clients’ needs.
