Dr. Eyüp Kul

Following his extensive experience at TMT firms and domestic and international companies, Dr. Eyüp Kul became a founding partner of Lexist. As a founding partner at Lexist, he continues to advise on dispute resolution and projects across a wide range of sectors, particularly retail, real estate, construction, TMT, and energy.

Eyüp has led several award-winning projects, negotiating major EPC, NGA, and PPA contracts in relation to infrastructure and energy projects, as well as M&As and project financing. His extensive experience in project execution and multi-party negotiations provides him with unique insight into the strategic dimensions of a project, dispute avoidance, and risk mitigation, making his constructions disputes practice one of the strongest in the Turkish market.
