Fethiye Nur Genç

Fethiye Nur Genç is an Associate in the Corporate/M&A department of Lexist providing legal consultancy services to domestic and foreign clients in the fields of Mergers & Acquisitions and Banking & Finance.

After graduating from Marmara University with a double major in Political Sciences and Law, Fethiye completed her internship at the United Nations in the field of international relations before working as a research assistant at Koç University. She joined Lexist as a trainee, following one year of experience as an associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers, one of the Big Four companies.

At Lexist, Fethiye assists domestic and foreign clients in different sectors on M&As, including the drafting and negotiation of contracts, project and contract management, dispute negotiations and due diligence processes. Within the scope of her financial services and capital markets practice, she advises on IPO processes, project finance deals, corporate governance, risk management and the establishment of digital banks.
