Gözde Nur Kaya

Gözde Nur Kaya is an Associate in the Data Protection & Privacy and Intellectual Property teams. She has worked at various law firms after completing her traineeship and came to Lexist in 2025. She advises clients on all their IP-related and data protection matters, keeping them up-to-date and legally compliant, as well as assisting them with any related disputes. Gözde is also particularly interested in health law, environmental law and sport law.

Gözde completed her Erasmus+ Student Exchange Programme in the Universidade Lusófona do Porto, Faculty of Law and Political Science in 2020 and graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law as an honour student in 2021. She is continuing her education in Marmara University’s Institute of Social Sciences by pursuing an LL.M with thesis in Health Law.

Demonstrating her passion for environmental law, Gözde participates in sustainability conferences and projects, most recently attending COP29-Young Policymakers in Azerbaijan in 2024.
