Merve Özdemir Hacıfazlıoğlu

Merve Özdemir Hacıfazlıoğlu is an Associate in Lexist’s Employment team. She advises clients on a broad range of employment and labour law matters, including employment agreements, workplace policies, social security obligations, termination processes and employment-related disputes. Her practice focuses on supporting clients in managing employment relationships and ensuring compliance with employment legislation.

Merve Özdemir Hacıfazlıoğlu graduated from Bahçeşehir University Faculty of Law in 2023. Following her graduation, she joined a Turkish-Dutch affiliated law firm, where she advised both domestic and international clients on various legal matters, particularly citizenship and criminal law. During this period, she gained experience in cross-border legal issues and international disputes. During her university years, she also worked as a Dutch-Turkish sworn interpreter, which enabled her to develop strong communication skills and effectively assists clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
