Lexist is pleased to announce that it has acted for YMN İçecek Gıda A.Ş. (a subsidiary of Efor Holding) on its full acquisition of Of Çaysan Tarım Ürünleri Entegre Tesisleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. from Jacobs Türkiye. Simultaneously, Lexist also advised YMN and Of Çay as the Borrowers on the acquisition finance provided by Türkiye İş Bankası.
Efor Holding is a Turkish diversified group active in the food, agriculture, mining, energy and construction sectors. Efor’s existing tea brand Efor Çay, like OfÇay, is also a leading brand in the Turkish tea market.
