Lexist provides legal consultancy services to medium and large-scale important infrastructure projects, public private partnership (PPP), build-operate-transfer (BOT) and privatization projects in the energy and natural resources, nuclear, health, transportation, real estate and other infrastructure sectors. It represents domestic and foreign banks and financial institutions, sponsors, project companies, contractors and equipment suppliers in the preparation, negotiation and signing of project agreements, finance and security agreements related to the development, construction and financing of projects as from the tender processes.
