Sevde Nur Paksoy joined Lexist Law Firm in 2020. At Lexist Law Firm, she focuses on corporate and commercial law, capital markets and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Lexist Law Firm as an associate, Sevde has gained an experience in a reputable law firm based in İstanbul, by providing counseling services in order to preperation, revision, examination and negotiation of many types of contracts including preparation of the due diligence reports and establishment of the legal basis in many national and international real estate and construction projects including large-scale and versatile invesments.

She practices in corporate law and provides consultation on corporate transactions of local and foreign companies regarding their regular corporate procedures. Sevde also provides legal assistance in relation with national and international real estate projects.

Additionally, she also concentrates on capital market transactions; particularly on drafting prospectus and other relevant documents for IPO transactions of the issuers.
