Eyüp provides services to his clients regarding dispute resolutions, mergers and acquisitions, construction, energy, and infrastructure projects.

Eyüp has worked in many important projects until today, such as leading negotiations of major contracts with respect to mergers and acquisitions, finance and energy law. His extensive experience in project creating and negotiation phases has given him a strong and strategic perspective that makes him see the source of the dispute at every stage of the dispute resolution.

Eyüp has significant experience regarding every stage of dispute resolution, and successfully represents his clients in many disputes in litigation and enforcement processes, and alternative dispute resolution methods.

Before the establishment of Lexist, he worked as a self-employed lawyer and worked as an in-house lawyer in domestic and foreign companies.
In the early years of his profession, Eyüp was engaged in execution proceedings, consultancy, and followed up cases in various fields of medium-sized companies and individuals. In the following years, he gained experience in labor law disputes, disputes arising from company law, disputes between shareholders, disputes arising from immovable and construction law. He took and is taking an active role in resolving disputes in many large construction projects.

He authored a book that examines legal validity of warranties given to investors in large scale construction contracts such as highways, tunnels, bridges, city hospitals and power plants, and has published articles on various topics.
