Beyza Gözen

Associate

Beyza graduated from Galatasaray University as an honor student and started her associate at the Corporate Department of Lexist Law Firm in 2021. During her internship, she assisted her team in providing legal consultancy services to domestic and foreign companies by conducting legal research and drafting various contracts and legal documentation. She also participated in Build-Operate-Transfer, Project Finance, Public Offering, and Finance Center Projects and contributed to these projects.

Beyza continues to provide legal counseling services regarding the preparation and examination of commercial contracts, projects, and other corporate transactions of local and foreign companies operating in various sectors.
