Public Private Partnerships (PPPs)
Lexist represents many domestic and foreign investors in PPP projects carried out in the infrastructure, road, health and energy sectors. Starting from the tender phase, Lexist has been actively involved in the preparation and negotiation of project documents, negotiating with investors, project companies, banks and financial institutions and public institutions and organizations, obtaining all project permits, and preparating and negotiating contracting agreements and other construction agreements related to them, and financing of the PPP projects.
